Refund policy

US, Canada & Other Non-EU Customers:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with intact safety seal. The product must not be past its "best by" date. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@catigy.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label at no additional cost, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Opened items and items past their best by date cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted. Return shipping is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any exchanged items must meet the acceptable criteria for returns.

Refunds
We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

EU Customers: 

Right of Withdrawal


If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This period is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with intact safety seal. The product must not be past its "best by" date. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return. You will be responsible for return shipping fees, including any customs and brokerage fees.
