Managing Your Catigy Subscription
Log in to the Recurpay customer portal to manage your subscription. Confirmation emails from Recurpay sometimes go to spam, so check there if you don't see them.
How to log in to the customer portal
Step 1. Click this link or click "Manage Subscription" at the top of our website.
Step 2. Enter the email address you used to place your order.
Step 3. Click "Sign In" and a magic link will be sent to your email.
