While we don’t recommend our product for cats under 2 years old, that’s out of an abundance of caution, not because there’s anything inherently unsafe about it. It’s made from a single, human-grade ingredient (egg) in a very small dose. That said, kittens have more sensitive digestive and immune systems, so we don’t suggest using it in cats under 6 months old. If you do choose to give it to your kitten, start very small and introduce it slowly over the course of a week or two, and never give more than 1/2 teaspoon per day until they're 2 years old. Always check with your vet before making any changes to your kitten's diet, and monitor carefully for any changes.

We recommend no more than one teaspoon per day, mixed well with your cat's normal dry or wet food. This can be served during one meal and does not need to be spread out over the day.

Avoid giving more than one serving per day per cat; effects do not compound.

You should notice allergen reduction by the beginning of the third week of consistent daily use.

We recommend cleaning all rugs, bedding, and other soft or dust-collecting surfaces at this time to experience the maximum benefit, as old allergens could still be lingering on these surfaces.

Our product is made from 100% dehydrated egg (with no chicken meat) and is carefully prepared using human-grade safety protocols with no cross-contamination. Since egg and chicken meat are different proteins, many cats with chicken allergies tolerate egg just fine (including our own cat Doppler, who has a severe chicken meat allergy but loves the egg powder). However, we always recommend checking with your vet if you're unsure.
